The "Spirit of Excellence" award is given each month to an employee who exemplifies the "Spirit of Excellence Award" Criteria:
A) Displays a positive attitude toward Bethune's policies
and procedures.
B) Demonstrates a positive attitude toward work
responsibilities, students, co-workers, parents and
other stake holders.
C) A willingness to exercise servant leadership, takes
initiative, and accepts and carries out additional
responsibilities beyond the regular job assignments for
the good of the campus community as a whole.
D) Commitment to quality in carrying out job
responsibilities, and is a role model for others.
E) Strives for improvement
F) Dedication to their position through such means as
exemplary punctuality and attendance.
G) Standard appearance/grooming
H) Advocating "The Bethune Way" - Cooperation , Loyalty,
Integrity, and Innovation
I) Have not received the award during this school
