Conley Hills Elementary's Strategic Plan
Our School Governance Council worked with our Conley Hill’s Elementary Leadership Team to create and approve our three-year Strategic Plan. We have three long-term goals, including:
- Increase overall student achievement across all grade levels
- Students will demonstrate an increased use of critical thinking skills across all content areas.
- Students will excel in an experiential learning environment.
The Strategic Plan Narrative document (below) includes the Environmental Scan and Organizational Assessment data to create the plan. The Strategic Plan Overview document is a one-page overview that includes out goals, objectives, and initiatives.
