Creek View Elementary is fortunate to have an active and involved volunteer community. Due to our volunteers, we are able to provide extra support to our students, teacher appreciation events, support for our front office and media center, and a strong connection with our community.

Volunteering involves regular interaction with our student body. A law was put into effect this year that requires all volunteers to participate in a training on the reporting of suspected child abuse. The training is available online.

1. Please complete the Volunteer Safety Information Form English VersionSpanish Version
2. View the training at this link.
3. Print the Certificate of Completion displayed at the end of the online training
Submit a copy of both the Volunteer Safety Information Form and the Certificate of Completion to the front office.
4. If you volunteer at more than one school, you need only view the training once. Simply provide a photocopy of the certificate to each school.
5. Additionally, you need to go to www.creekviewpta.org, choose the Parent tab, scroll down to Volunteer and complete the Creek View Volunteer training which outlines specifics CVES volunteer expectations.
