All Tours begin promptly at 10:00 am on the dates below:

Are you new to the Hillside Community or a Rising Kindergartner?
If so, you will need to provide the following Enrollment Information along with completing certain FCS registration forms:

Certified Birth Certificate
- Social Security Number
- Two Proofs of Residency (utility bill, etc.)
- Georgia Immunization Form (Form 3231)
- Georgia Ear, Eye, and Dental Form (Form 3300)
- Recent report cards and/or transcripts will help with proper placement of student

Kindergarten students must be 5 years old on or before September 1st to enroll.
