Request for Flexibility: Public Comment Session Begins on Monday, November 07
The School Governance Council has been working on new Request for Flexibility (RFF) proposals. This request, if approved by the Superintendent, will address the needs of Randolph Elementary School through waivers of state laws and/or district policies to implement a school-based strategy.
Randolph’s School Governance Council has developed the following RFF proposals:
RFF Proposal: Mandatory Uniforms
RFF Proposal: Teacher Certification Waiver
RFF Proposal: Zero Period for Proficient & Distinguished Learners
The school's Strategic Plan Overview and Strategic Plan Narrative may be found on our SGC website.
The first part of this process is to obtain comment from the public (our school community) for at least 30 days.
Starting November 07, you may submit your comments or questions in several different ways.
Stakeholders can sign up to make comments up until 5:15pm in the front office in person or they may call the Front Office at 470-254-6520 and request to speak at the Public Comment Session. Your phone request to be on the public comment list will be noted. Citizens will be allotted 3 minutes to make their public comment and will give their comments in the order in which they have signed up.
We look forward to hearing from you!

PTA Vendor Application
All persons interested in volunteering in the Fulton County School District must complete an application every two years even if a person has completed an application in the past. To keep in compliance with State Law and Best Practices, we will require everyone to re-register/register after August 2, 2016. The registration process can be found on the FCS District Website under
Community/Partners & Volunteers. In accordance with State Law, all volunteers must be current with the Child Abuse Reporting Protocol Training before being allowed to volunteer in our schools. All applicants must wait 24 hours after applying for application processing. Applicants should be prepared to spend about 10-15 minutes for the training and application process. It is very important that volunteers enter their full legal name as it appears on government issued ID. Please do not use nicknames or "goes by" names on the application.
