SUMMER CONSTRUCTION AT RNE
The SPLOST funds are going to be hard at work this summer at RNE! Construction and renovations start in earnest tomorrow with the arrival of the demolition crews who will begin tearing out the ceilings in the administrative offices, clinic area, student services and parts of the media center. Some classrooms are also affected. The old HVAC system is being replaced and so the administrative staff have moved the office area to the end of the kindergarten wing. The construction is expected to last until the end of July, so the front of the building and all classrooms will be off limits until then. The summer entrance is via the door at the end of the new wing and signs should be out front soon to direct visitors where to go. Parking will be in the upper lot since access near the 3rd grade wing will be limited to construction vehicles and equipment. Offices for the summer are:
Main office – room 199
Principal’s office – room 197
Assistant Principals’ office – room 195
Data Clerk’s office – room 198
Summer office hours:
Mon-Thu 9-12 and 1-2
