2019 CMS Golden Ticket Information
Happy Summer! Beginning July 1, our Golden Ticket process will begin! The below electronic payment link & google form provide an electronic opportunity to pre-register and confirm your on-line purchase of startup fees before Information Day (August 7). When you pay the return to school fees, please print a copy of the confirmation receipt or have it on your device and bring it to CMS, before Information Day, to receive your Golden Ticket. Visit CMS beginning July 2, 2019 on Tuesday -Thursday from 8:30am-3:00pm to pick up your Golden Ticket. Note that all Fulton County Schools will be closed on July 4, 5 and 8. By taking this simple action, you will be able to advance quickly to your student's homeroom and avoid lines to pay fees. Below are the CMS fees:
$10.00 Locker (mandatory)
$10.00 PE Shorts (optional)
$10.00 PE Shirt (optional)
To pay, you will click on the OSP (Online School Payment) icon on the very bottom right of the CMS website. Then click on Crabapple Middle school from the list of schools on the left. The selection of Golden Ticket payment will be visible. Please note that it will not be visible or active until July 1, 2019.
Once you have completed the online payment, the below google form should be completed for each student. This form must be completed AFTER using the electronic payment link for mandatory and optional school fees. Once payment is processed, an order number will be provided for you to enter as you complete this google form. This form is for us to have a list of payment in the event your Golden Ticket is misplaced on Information Day.

If you cannot use the electronic pay link, this form should not be completed and your process will become manual. We encourage everyone to take advantage of the ease of electronic payment thus enabling the completion of this form electronically.
All Rising 6th graders must provide two forms of residency verification, in order to receive a Golden Ticket. One of these must be a cable or utility bill.

Box Tops for Education
Vickery Mill received $787 for Box Tops in 2017-2018! Our goal this year is to exceed $1,000. Help us reach this goal by clipping and sending Box Tops in to the classroom teachers! Place Box Tops in a baggie and remember to include your child's name as well as the teacher's name!
