Mid-Year Reports

The Counseling Department will begin processing college application mid-year reports on January 12th once transcripts have been updated with fall semester grades.  In order to request a mid-year report, please email your counselor and specify which college has requested a mid-year report.  Not all colleges require a mid-year report, therefore reports will only be submitted for students who email their counselor directly requesting a report.

Mid-Year Report FAQ's:

Q: What is a mid-year report?

A: An application form that some colleges/universities require a counselor submit once a student's first semester grades are recorded on the transcript.

Q: How do I know if my college/university requires a mid-year report?

A: If your college has an application portal, log-in to verify if they have requested a mid-year report.  A college may also send the student an email requesting the report.  This email may be forwarded to your counselor as a means to request a report.

Q: What if my college doesn't have a mid-year form but needs an updated transcript?

A: You may send in an updated official transcript through your Parchment account at www.parchment.com
