Website - School Governance Elections.png

Chattahoochee will be electing both parent/guardian positions and teacher positions to serve on our School Governance Council. The School Governance Council plays a leadership role in the governance of the school.  The Council works with the Principal in setting the school's long-term vision and strategy.  The Council is responsible for approving the school's strategic plan and budget recommendations, as well as designing innovative solutions to increase academic achievement and meet the unique needs of our school community.  It is an excellent way to take on a leadership role in the school and help impact the future of Chattahoochee.

Candidates interested in running for an elected position on the Council must complete a Candidate Declaration Form and submit it by Friday February 23, 2018.  We have two parent positions and one teacher position up for election.

Candidate Declaration Forms may be submitted electronically or by mail (get a copy of the form from the school's front office and follow mailing instructions on the back of the form).  Elections for the open positions will be held March 19 through March 23, 2018.
