Spartan Communications 101
"There is always something going on at North Springs . . . "
From academics to sports, theatre, science fair, student clubs and activities there is so much that happens inside and outside our school walls it's hard to keep up with it all. Communication is vital. Here are some of the ways we try to keep you informed.
- School Messenger and Constant Contact: These important email and phone communication tools are used as necessary to keep you informed about important schools events. Please be sure we have your correct parent/guardian email address and phone number.

Student Medication Reminder
Students who have Medication which must be administered or stored at school must use a Medication Authorization Form. We encourage all medications to be kept in the clinic unless it is an approved emergency medication or over-the counter medication and the student has permission to carry the medication on his/her person during school hours. For more information from our cluster nurse about this and student self-administration of medication click here.
Parent Portal to Fulton County Schools
At Fulton County Schools, we realize the critical role that parents play in helping their children and our students achieve success. Within this website is information about school nutrition, student health and safety, academic performance, student enrollment requirements, various school/district forms and other educational resources. We look forward to partnering with you in our mission to educate every child to be a responsible, productive citizen.

B-10 In-District Transfer Application Process
As a provision of the Georgia Special Needs Scholarship Program (GSNSP), parents of students with disabilities who receive special education services may choose to transfer their child to another public school in Fulton County. Parents can request a transfer to another public school as long as there is available space at that school and the school has a program with the services agreed to in the student’s existing individualized education program. Please click here for more information about the GSNSP in Fulton County schools and to access the online application form. The application window is March 1-May 1, 2016. Questions may be directed to the Services for Exceptional Children department at firstname.lastname@example.org
