 Basics of Spartan Life

Because of our strong academic reputation, course offerings and magnet programs, many students choose to attend NSCHS who do not live in Sandy Springs.

 We want to celebrate and

recognize your success in academics, citizenship, leadership, fine arts and athletics. We're proud of the local, regional, and national honors Spartans receive. While individual organizations and teams present awards and have

 banquets- NSCHS faculty and

staff  host special

school-wide recognition events.

Get involved!!

student-clubs-1.jpg Spartans are busy and involved in extracurricular activities as well as academics. Research shows this is a good thing- students who are involved tend to do better in both and students are encouraged to participate in at least two.

Soon after the start of the school year, a Club and Activities Fair is held showcasing all the clubs and activities students can join.  Students simply sign up, provide their email and phone contact and then get started by attending meetings- often held before or after school.
