Each Parent Organization will have a table set up on Rally Day to accept membership forms and payments. Spirit Wear and Raider Merchant Discount Cards will be available for purchase, too.

Fill forms out completely and legibly. If making payment by check, please include driver's license number on the check. Some employers provide a matching gift benefit. All Parent Organizations will gratefully accept and process matching gift forms.


Parent Teacher Student Association (PTSA)
All parents are urged to join the PTSA and support with additional contributions. The PTSA sponsors an array of events for students, teachers, and parents designed to improve communication while supporting students and teachers through scholarships, grants, programs, and recognitions. Contributions above $10 are tax-deductible; please join and give generously. 

The PTSA can accept credit card payments at Rally Day and online. Visitjoin.myschoolanywhere.com and enter RIVERWOOD as the invitation code to register and pay PTSA membership at any level on the secure online site.​

​Riverwood Athletic Association (RAA) 

The Athletic Association (RAA) is the school’s only athletic booster club and provides support for all sports programs. The school receives NO athletics funding from the Fulton County Board Education. The RAA's 501(c)3 status provides tax benefits, allows the booster club to function as one entity, and ensures consistency and continuity to all sports programs. General membership is open to everyone including parents, guardians, alumni, faculty and friends. All Sports Passes are included with the $300 membership level and above.

​Band and Orchestra Boosters​ (BOB)
BOB provides essential volunteer support and funding for all Bands and Orchestras. BOB purchases music, additional supplies, assists with instrument repairs, and awards. BOB also provides fees for transportation, guest speakers, and competitions as needed. General membership is open to everyone including parents, guardians, alumni, faculty and friends.

Riverwood Foundation
The Foundation provides critical resources for academic enrichment, supports curriculum programs, and works closely with the administration and local corporations to strengthen the school culture. Most recently the Foundation funded teacher training, student support curriculum programs, and advanced technology in classrooms.

Performing Arts Booster Association (PABA)

PABA provides additional funding for the chorus and drama programs, focusing on things such as music, scripts, sets, costumes, lights, and sound. Additionally, PABA also funds guest speakers, judges, and funding for special events. ​General membership is open to everyone including parents, guardians, alumni, faculty and friends. Tickets to student productions are included with memberships at the $150 level and above.

Spirit Wear

Look for the Raider Campus Store, featuring UnderArmour​ Spirit Wear, in the Tournament Gym during Rally Day.

Samples of the UnderArmour clothing will be available to help with sizing and color options.

A limited number of t-shirts, sweatshirts, and other Raider gear​ will be available for purchase at Rally Day.

The online store has items for students and adults. Raider Spirit wear includes polo shirts, both short and long sleeved t-shirts, hoodies, shorts, pants, and more. In addition to clothing, the store carries duffles, backpacks, and hats.

The online store is open now through midnight, Thursday, August 17, 2017.

Lockers
9th grade students may purchase lockers at the August 3rd Rally Day. All 10th-12th grade students, and any 9th grader unable to purchase their locker at Rally Day, will purchase their lockers in Advisement during the first week of school.

Raider Merchant Discount ​Cards, $20
Available at Rally Day, Thursday, August 3
Support the Football Program with a $20 donation. Raider Cards are valid until May 1, 2018 and offer discounts to more than 25 local merchants. ​learn more

​New Parent Coffee Tuesday, August 29, 2017

For ALL parents new to the school (in addition to parents of incoming 9th graders)

Hosted off campus by the PTSA, the Coffee begins at 9am and will allow parents to mingle with Administrators and other parents. Learn about volunteer opportunities and ask questions about extracurricular activities such as athletics, clubs, and the arts.

Proof​ of Residency​

Fulton County Schools requires proof of residency for enrolled students. 

All 9th grade students will need to bring two verifiable documents to the school at Rally Day. The school will only view the documents and will not keep copies on file.

Each 9th grade student must bring two verifiable documents which provide proof that the student resides in the attendance zone.

One must be from an approved utility: Water, Electric, or Gas

and

One must be from the following list: Home mortgage payment, Current bank statement, Copy of Section 8/HUD Housing contract, Homeowner's/Renter's insurance card, Current paycheck stub, valid State Driver's License/ID with current address, or Current HOA Bill/Statement.
