While 9th-11th grades take the PSAT, the Class of 2018 will meet in the Auditorium for a full morning of events:

Senior Portraits - Class of 2018 

Cady Studios is the official yearbook photographer.
To schedule a senior portrait appointment at the Cady Studios Johns Creek, Acworth, or Dacula location, call 678-951-0102, or 800-547-6237, or visit ​cady​stu​dios.com. The session fee is $30; picture pricing starts at $45. 

The deadline to have a senior portrait made at a Cady Studios location and have it included in the 2017-18 yearbook is Novem​ber 1, 2017.

Seniors must contact Yearbook Advisor Mr. Ankerich in Room 2203 (new building) to sign up in advance for one of the limited time slots available on campus.​

Prelude to Graduation Sunday, May 21, 2017
Auditorium, 5pm
For the families and friends of the Class of 2017. Sponsored by the PTSA, Prelude to Graduation is a nice kick-off to Senior Week activities and provides an opportunity for reflection. A reception follows. Seniors, please meet in the Media Center at 4:30pm. 

Senior Clearance Tuesday, May 23, 2017
Tournament Gym, 9am-Noon
All graduating seniors must clear outstanding debts and obligations before being allowed to participate in graduation practice. This includes returning books and equipment and paying any fines and fees. Please note that all payments must be made in cash -- checks will not be accepted. Students will report to the upstairs track of the Tournament Gym using the following schedule:

                N-S, & students with IB/AP testing conflicts, 10:30am

Graduation Practice Wednesday, May 24, 2017
Auxiliary Gym, 8:20am
Graduation practice begins promptly at 8:20am Wednesday, May 24 in the Auxiliary Gym. Dress code for the graduation practice is as follows and will be enforced:
     ONLY Jeans or slacks/pants (no holes or frays; no sweats)
     ONLY T-shirts or shirts with sleeves o (no off‐shoulder)
     No Sagging Pants
     No Shorts
     No tank tops, thin straps, or halters
     No bare midriffs or shredded clothing
     No inappropriate sayings or symbols
     No hats, caps, scarfs, bandanas, or any type of headcoverings
          (except those worn for religious reasons)
Students dressed inappropriately will be asked to leave the graduation practice and, time permitting, may be allowed to change clothes and return to the practice. Participation in graduation practice is mandatory to be able to participate in the graduation ceremony. Students are welcome to bring clothes to change into for the picnic, but school dress code still applies. Only students involved in IB or AP testing during the graduation practice are exempt from graduation practice.

Hoskyn Stadium Field, Following Graduation Practice (estimated Noon-2pm)​

FREE and open to all Seniors. Free Chick-Fil-A, Sno-Cones, Popcorn, Games, DJ, and a waterslide. Waterslide requires a permission slip. Seniors over 18 may fill out a permission slip during Senior Clearance Tuesday, May 23. Seniors under the age of 18 who wish to go on the waterslide must bring a waiver (signed by a parent or guardian) to the picnic. Waterslide Waiver Form

Transcript Requests for Graduating Seniors
Most students will use Parchment to request final transcripts. Remember to use the "Hold for Grades" option 

For students who applied to a school using the Common Application, please request the final transcript through your counselor. The counselor will upload the transcript directly to the Common App.

Please take care of requesting final transcripts as soon as possible. During the summer, the counseling center will only process requests once each week beginning June 8, 2017.

Seniors may pick up their diplomas when they return their gown 
to the school. Report to the designated trailer in front of the school following the schedule below:

Gown return/diploma pick up closes at 11:30am. Students who cannot attend the May 30 exchange may come to the school during summer office hours. The school front office will be open Mondays and Wednesdays from 8am-1pm beginning the week of June 5th. The school building will not be open the week of July 4th.​

Seniors, remember to let Mrs. Garber know about ALL college acceptances and scholarship offers received -- even from schools you do not plan to attend.  Check the College Acceptances map on the bulletin board outside the Counseling Center to see where members of the Class of 2017 are being accepted.​​
