The African American Culture Club will have its First Meeting, TODAY at 3:40 in G127. We will learn about and celebrate Kwanzaa. Our meetings will be filled with discussions, documentaries, cultural days and treats. Everyone is welcome to attend.

Please join us Wednesday Dec. 14 after school in H – 111 for a sign making party. All members and potential members are welcome, we need your help to get the safe driving message out to all teens for the up-coming holidays.
SENIORS! Want to be certain your senior portrait, quote, and casual photo are correct for the yearbook? Check the bulletin board outside D111 to be certain your photo, name, spelling, and quote are correct! Photos will be up for one week only! See Mrs. DeMeester in D111 for all corrections.
Attention writers, directors, actors, get ready for Short Attention Span Theatre, coming in January, 2017. RHS Theatre Troupe wants your excellent short plays and monologues for our annual student-written, student-directed creative extravaganza with shows scheduled for April 20th through-23rd. Script submission deadline is Thursday, January 19, but feel free to turn in scripts before then. Scripts must be submitted in the form of a Microsoft word file. See Ms. Ogle for details. Auditions will be announced in late January, so be ready!
Attention students, If you participated in a Fall sport here at RHS and want to use the Personal Fitness waiver, forms are available in Student Services. The deadline to submit the waiver for Fall sports is Thursday, December 22. The form must be signed by your coach and parent. Again, you must submit any personal fitness waivers for Fall sport participation before we leave for the winter holiday break.
If you are planning on moving or transferring to another school next semester you must be withdrawn from Roswell high school. Please see Mrs. Townsend in Student Services for information.
If you would like to pay your senior dues, we will be taking those through the end of this semester. The forms are available in the front office.
Student council is joining together with Beta Club to collect gifts and gift cards for foster teens this season. Please donate small items, toiletries, gift cards and treats to your 6th period classroom's stockings. All stockings will be collected on Monday, December 19th, so start collecting items now! For many teens this time of year is very difficult, so let's show some Roswell love and make a difference!
Beta club is having a holiday gift card drive for Fulton teenagers in foster care. Beta members can receive up to 1 service hour for donating, and everyone is welcome to participate. The suggested donation amount is $10-25 per card. Please bring to Ms. Emily Kennedy's room in G101 or Ms. Gillett's room in Student Services.

The school store has a new location! We are now in the auditorium concession area and are open every morning from 7:45-8:15.
Attention football players intending to wrestle this season: there will be practice today at the Underground after you finish turning in your football equipment. Congrats on the incredible season and look forward to continued success on the mat!
There will be a track and field meeting on Wednesday at 3:30 in F128. Come prepared to be sized for warm ups. Conditioning will continue on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. This meeting is mandatory if you plan on running track
All 9th grade football players who were unable to attend banquet need to see Coach Bradach to receive your certificate in room PE04.
All players interested in trying out for baseball need to have their physicals turned in to Coach Sutter in F 115 by December 15th.
