You can still be in this year's production of Legally Blonde! If you missed the auditions or didn't have enough time to make the full rehearsal schedule
there may still be a part for you. We are looking for 10-12 extras who have cheering or marching experience to be in the Elle's Essay Scene. We are
also looking for a few good men who can perform walk on parts with no singing requirement. Come by the Chorus Room before school or during D lunch
to see the rehearsal schedule and talk with Mrs. Williams.
Attention SAST playwrights and monologue writers. Your 10 minute play or short monologue for Short Attention Span Theatre must be submitted to Ms.
Ogle by Tuesday, January 16, 2018, before 8 p.m. Your manuscript must be submitted as a Word or Google Document. If you have questions see Ms.
Ogle before or after school this week. Use play script format and good grammar and spelling. Thanks!
The second semester Sweep Bus will start on Tuesday, January 16, 2018.

Congratulations to the Fencing Team for hosting an excellent tournament. Our own fencer, Brandon Yang played the national anthem. Points were
earned by several fencers and Margaret Lowenstein won a bronze medal. The following fencers qualify for the state individual championship on January
27th: Jay Parcelewicz, Brandon Yang, Chris Arndall, Stas Barber, Margaret Lowenstein, Salma Repole, and Whitney Williams. A special “thank you” goes
