Seniors- Tell us about your scholarship offers (whether you are accepting the award or not!) To be listed in the graduation program, students MUST provide their scholarship information to Student Services for recognition. Provide a copy of the award letter(s) to Mrs. Carstens in Student Services by 4pm on May 1, 2018. It is the student/parent responsibility to provide the scholarship information to the school for inclusion in the graduation program. All scholarship information provided to Student Services by May 1, 2018 will be included in the graduation program. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this deadline.

Attention fans and playwrights - Short Attention Span Theatre play readings will be Saturday, March 17 at 2 p.m. in the Orchestra Room. We will need 12 readers to present plays to our judges. Expect the readings to end at 4 with SAST plays selected by 5 p.m.
Attention AP Students - If you have picked up an Opt Out form for the AP Test in May; please turn it into the AP Office as soon as possible. The order for the AP exams will be submitted on March 14. If you are interested in trying out for Roswell's Cheerleading program, there will be an informational meeting for parents and potential cheerleaders on Monday, March 12th at 6:00 PM in the Media Center.
Attention sophomores and juniors! Student Services is sponsoring a field trip to Georgia Gwinnett College on Wednesday, March 14. Lunch will be included. If you are interested in going, please sign up in Student Services and pick up a permission slip.
RHS Students - your #4 Lady Hornet Soccer team needs your help. We kick off our home region opener against #1 Lassiter on Thursday, March 8th. We want to show Lassiter how much our fans love soccer. Come out to Ray Manus stadium and show these hard working ladies your support. We will be selecting two fans to compete on the field at half-time for a free bicycle from Roswell Bicycle. In addition, the Chick-fil-A cow will be in attendance handing out coupons for free Chick-fil-A. That's right, FREE FOOD. You know you don't want to miss out. Kick off is at 5:55! Come out and bring all your friends to support your Roswell Soccer girls!
This March, Habitat for Humanity, is having a school supply drive! Donate any new or GENTLY used school supplies to benefit the kids of the new Habitat homes. Bring them to G108 ( Mrs. Jones' room)! Requested items are on flyers around the school.
Congratulations to our Roswell JROTC Drill Teams, they are State bound! Teams competed this past Saturday in the Tri-Area Meet, Unarmed Squad and Male/Mixed Color Guard both took home 1st place. While the Unarmed Platoon and Female Color Guard both placed 2nd overall in the area.

This week we recognize the efforts of School Social Workers. Our very own Val Rogers is out on maternity leave. Even in her absence we celebrate her outstanding work to support students and families here at RHS. Ms. Ida Brown is serving in Ms. Rogers' absence. Thanks Ms. Rogers and Ms. Brown for all you do!
