Muslim Student Association will be having a meeting this Wednesday morning on November 16th at 7:45 in Ms. Bregeth's room E105 to discuss new volunteering opportunities. This is the last day to make t shirt payments. We also have lots of fun activities planned for students interested in learning more about Islam.

The life and death brigade, a Gilmore girls club is hosting a winter apparel drive. Bring in your winter clothing to room F111 and help us reach our goal of 600 items to give to those in need to stay warm this winter. The drive ends November 18th so please bring stuff by!
Students interested in Oklahoma Auditions Important Announcement!: IF you missed our information meeting and you are still interested in auditioning please see Mrs. Williams in the chorus room to find out how you can still be a part of this year's production. All students should have their audition packets returned to Mrs. Williams or Mrs. Ogle before Friday. Sign up now for an audition time slot outside the chorus room. There will be an initial group meeting Monday at 4 p.m. in the auditorium before auditions begin. If you have any questions please see Mrs. Williams or Mrs. Ogle.

Did you know that North Fulton Community Charities is building self-sufficiency in North Fulton. In 2015 they gave out 9 tons of food every week. The Friends Club is sponsoring the Thanksgiving Food Drive at Roswell High School for North Fulton Charities. Creates will be placed in each classroom sometime this week. Please bring in canned vegetables, beans, rice, toiletries, pull ups, baking goods, jelly but no glass items.
Attention Seniors: Applications are now available for the 2017 Georgia Scholars Program. Please see Ms. Bissett in Student Services if you are interested in applying for this prestigious designation. To qualify you must have an unweighted GPA of 3.75 and a minimum combined score of 1360 (math and verbal only) on the SAT, or a composite score of 31 on the ACT.

The school store has a new location! We are now in the auditorium concession area and are open every morning from 7:45-8:15.
Congratulations to the Varsity Swim and Dive team for their strong finish at the High School Invitational meet at Cumming Aquatic Center this Saturday. With six teams competing, the boys team took 2nd place, and the girls team took first place! The team will swim again this Thursday afternoon in a dual meet at Woodward Academy in College Park. Wish them luck!

We will be hosting the second round of playoff games this Friday night against Peachtree Ridge. Kickoff will be at 7:30. Tickets will be sold Friday during lunches from 11:30 – 1:15 in the cafeteria and the front office. Pre – Sale will be $8.00 for students (students may only purchase one student ticket at the discount price) and $10.00 for adults. Adults cannot enter on a student ticket. Tickets can also be purchased online thru www.gofan.co or the gates will open at 6:00 pm. All tickets at the gate will be $10.00. No student All Athletic Pass for Region Playoff games. Only babies in arms do not need a ticket. Go Hornets!!
