Juniors and Seniors!
Balfour will be on campus during lunch on Tuesday, October 18th to take orders for Class Rings and Letter Jackets. Bring a $75 deposit to order a Class Ring and $100 and your letter to order a Letter Jacket. Information flyers are in the Main Office.
Come to the first chemistry club meeting of the year today after school in Mrs. Chilton's room, F-123. No chemistry knowledge required, fun experiments and food included!
The Vox Literary Magazine will be selling Boo-Grams today! The price is only $2 for a bag of delicious assorted candy. There will be sales during all lunches on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and morning sales on Tuesdays and Thursdays by the senior lot and the bus lane. Boo-Grams will be sold until October 26th and delivered during study hall on Halloween! Trick or treat your boo!
If you are attending the skills USA field trip this Friday please make sure to wear your skills USA t-shirt, bring money for lunch, and meet in room AA21 at 7:45 on Friday morning. The bus will leave at 8am.
Juniors and Seniors, please go to www.roswell.voting4schools.com today and VOTE for this year's Homecoming King, Queen, Prince, and Princess. Voting will be live until 4pm Friday and royalty will be crowned at the Homecoming Game on Friday night and the Dance on Saturday night!
ATTENTION SENIORS – WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 19 IS PSAT DAY FOR THE FRESHMAN, SOPHOMORE, AND JUNIOR CLASS. This is the perfect opportunity for you to arrange for a college visit. Parent notes for college visits for PSAT day must be submitted to the attendance office by the end of the school day on Wednesday, October 12. Seniors that arrive at school on Wednesday, October 19 need to report to the auditorium for study hall.
It's not too late to sign up for this week's college visits with Rice, University of North GA, Gwinnett Tech, Georgia Southern, Birmingham Southern, University of Chicago, Ohio State and University of Cincinnati!
Applications are now open for Beta Club. If you're a 10th grader or above and you have a weighted, numeric average of at least an 88, you are eligible to apply. Stop by Student Services (Counseling Office) or outside of Ms. Emily Kennedy's room to find the website or QR code for the application. Apply by October 17th
This year's homecoming dance will be held on Saturday October 8th at the Double Tree Hotel, 1075 Holcomb Bridge Rd. Roswell. The dance will start at 8:00 – 11:00 pm and tickets will be on sale Monday – Friday (October 3 – 7) during lunches. The price for tickets is $35 each is you paid class dues and $40 each if you did not pay class dues.
Seniors, If you have a casual photo you'd like to submit to the yearbook, you can email your photo to email@example.com. Please note that we will also need a photo release form if your photo is with a photographer other than Cady Studios. If you had your casual photo taken with Cady Studios, we will use that photo as your casual.
Attention, Seniors: The Senior '17 picture will be taken in the stadium on October 7th before the Homecoming Pep Rally. Wear your camo and bring your spirit!
Students, Registration is now OPEN for this year's Latino Youth Leadership Conference held on Saturday, November 5, 2016 @ Georgia State University. The event is completely free. Breakfast and lunch will also be provided. Space is limited! Visit the Latin American Association website at thelaa.org to register.
Underclass Picture Make up day is October 25th during lunches (11:30 – 1:30) in the Atrium.

The school store has a new location! We are now in the auditorium concession area and are open every morning from 7:45-8:15, and at lunch time in the Atrium from 11:30 – 1:20 on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Students, be sure to stop by each morning to pick up your school supplies, spirit wear and snacks!
There will be a meeting for ALL GIRLS interested in playing soccer for RHS this spring today, October 6th at 3:45 in the Cafeteria.
Congratulations to senior Felicity Gutierrez for being selected to the softball All-region 1st team!
Congratulations to the Varsity Volleyball team! The girls swept Cherokee in the area tournament for a 5th place finish. The team will begin their run for a state championship next Wednesday.
