Express Your Creativity! Be a Part of PTA’s Reflections Contest! This year’s Reflection program theme is “Within Reach” Tell your story through dance, a short film, a poem or story, an original song, a photo or visual work of art. Bring your entry to the Front Office by September 29th.
There will be a wrestling informational meeting for new wrestlers, trainers and all parents on Monday Sept. 25 at 7pm in the RHS media Center. Please be sure each family is represented at the meeting. See Coach Bradach with any questions.
Hornets Help Houston! The Roswell JROTC Hornet Battalion will be conducting a diaper drive to collect Diapers to help the families affected by Hurricane Harvey. Look for flyers in the Hallways or ask a JROTC Cadet how you can help. There will be boxes for dropping off diapers in the Atrium, by the Gym or you can stop by Portable #5. Help us Help Houston!
There will not be a baseball meeting on Friday. We have extended the date that the physicals are due, the new date is Sept 28th. If you are trying out for baseball this year you need to turn in your physical by Sept. 28th in room F 115.
Attention Juniors and Seniors - Your campus parking will be revoked if you receive 8 unexcused tardies to school. Traffic and weather are not considered excuses for being tardy. Leave home early enough to arrive on campus before 8:20 so that you are on time to school.

Underclass picture day has been rescheduled for next Wednesday, September 20th. You will get pictures taken during your English class. If you are taking an English class online, please take your picture during lunch in the gym. If you want to pre-order pictures, visit cadystudios.com.
Project 9/11 is collecting donations for the Roswell Fire and Police Fund. This money will be donated to help first responders in the Roswell area. We do this to honor the first responders who saved so many lives and in some instances sacrificed their own lives on September 11th, 2001. Please donate in all your 1st period Social Studies classes until Wednesday, September 20th.

The Hornet Rifle Team will be holding a meeting on Tuesday the 19th of September for all students interested in joining the Rifle Team. The meeting will be held in Portable #5 and will not start until 4:00pm.
9th grade TAG classes will begin on Tuesday September 19th during study hall. Passes will be sent to 9th grade TAG students on Monday.
Congratulations to the Roswell Fencing Team who competed at Johns Creek on September 9th along with 118 fencers from 6 other schools. Roswell's Jay Parcelewicz was victorious and came home with a bronze medal. Congratulations Jay!
Princeton Review is again offering discounted ACT/SAT prep classes for Roswell students. Classes meet after school and Saturdays at RHS. To receive information and sign up please pick up a flier from Student Services.
The Roswell Marching is hosting the !!EXTRAVABANDZA!!!!!!!!!!!!! tomorrow from 7:00 P.M.-9:30 P.M.. We'll have food trucks, balloon artists, some sweet beats, face painting and a selfie booth! Come join us as we explain what "Into The Light" means!
