The mission of the media program is to promote literacy and the effective use of ideas and information for all students.  In support of this effort, the Media Center staff:

• develops the Media Center collection with print/non-print resources and technology in a variety of formats that supplement and enhance the adopted Fulton County curriculum;
• advocates the integration of learning activities across all content areas;
• collaborates with the instructional staff for the development, implementation and evaluation of quality learning activities which increase student achievement; and
• promotes 21st century computer skills for students and staff through substantive professional development activities.  Modified from Fulton County Media Services Mission Statement
