Student Registration Information

Parents can now access, complete, and submit the Fulton County Student Enrollment Form online.

**Please note that the student's social security card must be available in order to utilize online enrollment.

Parents can also upload copies of some of the required supporting documents.  A list of the necessary documentation can be found below, under Requirements for Entering the Fulton County School System at the Middle School Level.    Of course the option of using the paper Student Enrollment form is always available.

A registration appointment is still required to complete a student's enrollment, as school personnel must see and verify the original documents that have been uploaded, as well as the 2 residency verification documents.  However, the online entry of the enrollment form itself will streamline the process.

Registration is held during the school year by walk-in from 9-11 a.m. or by appointment.  Students will start school the day following a morning registration, or 2 days following an afternoon registration.   Please contact Unnur Kornmayer, Registrar, to schedule:  kornmayer@fultonschools.org or 470-254-8244.
