Crabapple Middle School Lighthouse Facts Sheet 2013

Needs Assessment Community Survey

Under the leadership of the CMS School Governance Council, a Needs Assessment is being conducted. Various forms of data are being collected about the school both internally and externally. The purpose of this assessment is to identify the common threads derived from the data which will help the school develop a 3-Year Strategic Plan. The plan will be used to guide our initiatives and actions taken at the school. The survey will be available from now through next Tuesday April 29. Thank you in advance for participating in this survey! Your input is critical and valued as we focus on providing the best middle school experience for all of our students!
