Summer Hours

Elkins Pointe will be open daily from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday.  Registration hours will be Monday - Thursday from 8 am - 1 pm. Closed for lunch 12:00-12:30.

SAFETY GUIDLINES FOR DISMISSAL

  1. Parents, please stay in your cars (i.e. parents, friends, siblings & pets). 

  2. Please refrain from waiting on the front median and the sidewalk with young children and pets.  

  3. Please NO PARKING in the Employee Lot and Bus Parking Lot. These lots will be closed from 3:30-4:30 everyday to keep our students safe.

  4. Please NO CROSSING traffic lanes with students. This presents a major safety hazard.  

  5. Please help expedite carpool, by limiting the use of the Carpool Parking Lot to emergencies and appointments from 3:30-4:30. ​

COMPLETE CODE OF CONDUCT ONLINE

This year Fulton County Schools is utilizing electronic delivery of our 2016-2017 Student Code of Conduct & Discipline Handbook to parents who have an email address on file with the school.  If you have an email address on file, you may have already received a notification. REGISTER TO BE A VOLUNTEER

Fulton County Schools requires ALL volunteers to register at the start of the new school year. Even if you completed a completed the online registration for the 2015-2016 school year, it is necessary to register for the 2016-2017 school year.

A few important things to note:

  • Please allow 10-15 minutes for the training and application process. 

  • In accordance with State Law, all volunteers must be current with the Child Abuse Reporting Protocol Training before being allowed to volunteer in our schools. 

  • It is very important that volunteers enter their full legal name as it appears on their government issued ID (please do not use nicknames or "goes by" names on the application).  

  • All applicants must allow 24 hours after applying for approval.​
