Rising 9th Graders GACollege411 and Individual Graduation Plans
As part of the Bridge Plan which was passed last year, all Georgia middle and high school students are developing and exploring career opportunities utilizing a web based program, GACollege411. Students have been working with the program, and the culminating activity for current 8th grade students is to create an Individual Graduation Plan, with the program. Students have the information to access GACollege411, and can do so on any computer. They also have a handout explaining the process for creating the plan. The plan is to be completed by the end of this school year, May 18th. Once completed students can email a copy to parents for your review. Students need to also submit the plan for approval online. The high schools will then be able to access this information for continued career exploration and development. A copy of the handout the students received will be attached as a link to the school web page. Please contact Mr. Susina, Guidance Counselor, with any questions or concerns with students completing their individual plans.
