Home Access Center (HAC) provides real-time data and access to student schedules, assignments, attendance, report cards, unofficial transcripts, discipline, and contact information. 

Additionally, Home Access Center allows parents and guardians the ability to update contact information. School Messenger, the application used to send out information via email and phone calls,  pulls parent and guardian information from HAC so it needs to be updated if guardian emails change.  If a phone number changes you must call the school to have that information changed.

To verify or update your email in HAC, click on the Registration link.
Under Contact Information, click on Edit Information.
The emails for parents, guardians, and emergency contacts are listed here.
Make any changes necessary, scroll to the bottom and click Save.
Only the first email address will receive emails directly from HAC.
 

All parents are assigned an HAC account. Parents must come to the front office at any school where they have a child enrolled to pick up their Home Access Center log-in and password. You must show a photo ID. No usernames and passwords can be given over the phone or via email.

Home Access Center information

HAC Requests will be processed in approximately 48 hours.  An email will be sent to notify the parent or guardian that it is available for pickup with a picture ID in the front office.

FAQ Reminders

• Viewing grades for ALL classes (Quarter & Semester classes) you may need to change view to ALL Runs.
• Alerts in Home Access Center are not 100% compatible with the Middle School Grading model. Please log in to Home Access Center to obtain the most reliable and current information.
