Registration for School Year 2018-2019

Registration continues for the 2018-2019 school year. 

Kindergarteners must be five years old on or before September 1, 2018.

Parent(s)/guardian(s) are to bring the following documents for registration: 

            -  Grades Kindergarten through Grade 5 –Official State Birth Certificate

            -  Georgia State Immunization Form (3231)

            -  Georgia State Hearing, Vision & Dental Screening Form (3300)

            -  Child's Social Security Number (Optional)

            -  Two Current Proofs of Residence:
                1. one utility bill (gas, electric or water) AND 
                2. contract or leasing agreement​

Volunteering at Wilson Creek

Each person who wants to volunteer at Wilson Creek and in the Fulton County School District must complete an online volunteer registration/application process.  The registration process can be found on the FCS District Website under Community/Partners & Volunteers or click here.  Applicants should be prepared to spend about 10-15 minutes for the training and application process.  In accordance with State Law, all volunteers must be current with the Child Abuse Reporting Protocol Training before being allowed to volunteer in our schools.  It is very important that volunteers enter their full legal name as it appears on their government issued ID (please do not use nicknames or “goes by” names on the application).  All applicants must wait 24 hours after applying for application processing and approval.     

volunteers must register PRIOR to your first volunteer commintment at Wilson Creek. It may take up to 48 hours to process. 

o Register at http://www.fultonschools.org/en/community/Pages/VolunteerRegistration.aspx

o Complete the mandatory online training.

o Complete the volunteer application form and submit.

o Wait for a confirmation email from Fulton County Schools.

o Bring your valid ID to school each time you visit Wilson Creek.
