This year, our device agreement for tablets is 100% electronic. You may complete this from either a phone, tablet or computer.  Both parent and student will need to sign this document in order for a tablet to be distributed.

This attached document has all of these instructions, as well as screenshots to guide you through the process.

In order to get started, please visit this link. Once you have completely filled out the form, you will receive an email from DocuSign in order to complete the process. Parents will sign first and then DocuSign will email the student (with the school email account). Once the student signs and submits, he or she will be able to receive a device.

Please note, the deadline for completion is Sunday, August 25th. If this deadline is missed, your student will not receive a tablet on distribution day and will get one at a later date.
